Not only should a provider check a hobbyists references and reviews, they should also check his posts.
What you're looking for is BBFS. I've been seeing so many dudes coding this request as "ISO: creampie." Despite the fact that it's well understood that if a provider were to fulfill your request, in addition to STI related concerns, the longevity of their career being adversely affected is also a concern. Because unfortunately shaming people who have STIs is so pervasive.
But it's good to know. I feel like clients who make BBFS request on public boards may be more likely to pressure a provider in a session.

Maybe he doesn't know about the high rate of HIV in the gay community (a ts in the biz. who is post op or pre op sleeps with other men). Maybe the TS is post op and now has a hole. And, you know, you won't have to worry about getting HIV that way, because everyone knows that guys can't get it from regular sex (end sarcasm). But then, we are all assuming that this dude or troll isn't HIV positive already. Perhaps, he just doesn't give a damn at this point since he's going to die anyways. Not to scare anyone, but it's out there.
He is a troll and everyone can see that, but please just because someone has HIV, no longer means that their death is imminent. The advances with meds have made it so that those unfortunate souls can now live a normal life expectancy with proper care.
I just ranted about the whole bbfs issue... AGAIN, in response to the included post here... but statistically, yes, this is a greater risk. NOT judging... just offering free education here! Unbelievable.
