If there is ever another let me know, I'll attend. I live in Milwaukee but generally I host in Chicago area because Milwaukee seems a bit slow for me as I dont have much clientele here.
Sorry to inform everyone, but the fall M & G that was scheduled for the Milwaukee area has been cancelled. I sent out 75 invites. 60 from previous invited guests to the spring M & G and 15 new gentlemen that expressed interest. Of that 75, I only received 13 Yes, and 50 some people didn't even RSVP. I also sent out over 25 invites to providers local and in Chicago area and only 1 woman replied. It is not worth the time and effort it takes to plan something like this, if people aren't even going to reply either way.
Perhaps a February M&G?
I believe our biggest problem here was time...a month simply isn't enough time to put it all together and for those who are invited to make arrangements to come. The last one took much longer to plan. I believe we will have more RSVPs with more time. The end of October is often filled with Halloween festivities.
A M&G isn't something a lot gentlemen can just "go to". As providers we know that certain circumstances and the cooperation of time are necessary for them to get away. To attend a M&G careful planning is needed and responding to an RSVP with such a short notice could be impossible for some.
Again, time was our biggest obstacle. We can do this better, we have done this better. I think we should do it better 
Folks, a lot of effort goes into these things. Sure life gets busy, crazy. But courtesy goes a long way.
