I stayed in several when I visited and I am not under the impression that these humble traditionsl styled homes are the place where women service. They do have a very interesting culture but a ryokan is not the place to explore.

Need help finding a ryokan in Japan that has prostitution/erotic services/or companionship.. Does anyone know of any?

If you have not spent much time in Japan, you should note that it is a very closed society, especially when it comes to prostitution/erotic services and companionship provided to "outsiders".  You may even have difficulty finding a brothel that will allow you in the door if you are not Japanese.  Posing a difficult challenge for those of us who would like to sample the orient.

My best advice is to find a companion who knows the lay of the land and can arrange time at a Ryokan.  I spent time with a real treat in Kyoto and Hokkaido last spring, Saskia Devon.  She's part Japanese and knows her way around and speaks perfect english (plus).  Can't say much more as she's one of those no review types but I can say that I had an unforgettable experience!
