Otherwise, I would have reported this myself. Also, the guy is 33 years old, and a charge in 1989 would have made him 15-16 at the time.
Forget this one, it isn't going to stick.
Note: 33 is hardly "young." I thought that the Young Reps would be run by someone in their early 20s.
