I've tried calling Rachel (TER ID#246287) a couple times over the past few days but am having trouble getting a call back. Not sure if she is still taking appointments or not - does anyone know? Her reviews are simply outstanding so perhaps she is in the process of moving to a new area with a bigger client base?
