So far all I've found is two search engines and a couple re-direct links.  Nothing to really work off of.

When I read 10 year old overviews, it was supposedly the best country in the world for beautiful funiloving ladies with legal services.  And then they all left for Ireland, England, US.  

But last 5 years its had a come back, but its been very hard for me to sort out best practise, and finding ladies who I can contact in advance on email and set up my schedule.
