So I assume you're throwing a series of parties where TER board members can attend and socialize with yourself and other hobbyists and providers, not advertising your availability for sessions during AVN, right?
That's what a "meet and greet" is- not a one-on-one session, but a party.
If you DID mean to advertise sessions, not parties, and if you want to tell people they can book a session with you while you are in Vegas, you need to use the Vegas board (click under "Regional Boards" and pick "Las Vegas"), not the Meet and Greet board.
