As a fellow hobbyist, it helps the ladies to know which city you'll be visiting...
The OP probably posted this on his local board (LA?) and because of that didn't see any reason to state what city he would be in. Because TER has a policy that ISO posts should only go on this board, the post got moved here without any city identifying where the person is.
This is not at all uncommon, and is fairly annoying to all involved. ISO posts ought to go on local boards.

Board at all! Even if the OP didn't know that, he definitely should have put the location in his post since he was posting on a general board. What you said about posts being moved here from regional boards does happen a lot, but that was not the case with this post.
Also TER's policy on ISO posts is not firm. Many ISO posts are allowed to stay on regional boards, and some are even moved to regional boards.
