Packers mini camp

The Packers are holding mini camp from June 17-19 and the practices are open to the public (2 out of 3 days this year). They practice on the field across from Lambeau Field and you can watch for free...at least that's how I remember it

I'm considering a trip to Green Bay however, I've never actually been there. Does anyone have info on restaurants, entertainment,  etc. Also, with all the construction,  any routes to avoid would be helpful as well.

Thanks in advance!

There is a lot of construction in the Fox Valley area, especially on HWY 41.  There is some construction in the Green Bay area, too.  Can go to the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, but you are a Bears fan, right?  Not sure about restaurants in Green Bay, but if you stop in the Fox Valley area, I can help you out there.  I hope this helps?

Best Italian food in GB is Angelina's on Adams, downtown GB.

Best Italian in Fox Valley is Carmella's close to the Fox Valley Mall in Grand Chute.

Good luck.

Becca,
I just thought of Rock USA in oshkosh.  It is a music festival in Oshkosh which begins in mid July. I think its July 15 thru July 18.

We would love to see you visit us up here in the Cities this summer!!!

I'm not a Packers fan BUT...Italian food and music?  Ok, I gotta visit!!

I'm working on a visit to the Twin Cities as well...what's there to do there?

Ouch! Not a packers fan? I think you would be better off in the twin cities. Took the interest out of me :)

I know you said GB-but Oshkosh isn't too far off. :) I'm in Minnesota right now, but will be going there on Saturday. I went 2 years ago and it was a lot of fun. :)
