If heading to Costa Rica on a monger trip, head to Jaco Beach. I went there last year and had a great time. They have a "casino" which has talent about 18 hours a day. Plenty of accommodations ranging from $20 a day to a beautiful villa I stayed in for about 2k a day. I'm heading to Cartagena next week, expecting bigger and better things.
