I did a quick check and, according to Google images, she has an amazing ability to be in both Maui and Minnesota at the same time.

My experience has been, as the other poster has noted, that most action is on Oahu.  The only way to hobby on Maui is to check out the ad boards once you arrive (or a few days before) and see who might be visiting.  I've never tried takeout from a bar, hotel, or one of the few rather lame strip clubs.
