Go to Cheetah's but go during the day. You'll get a MUCH better full-contact dance. Mileage is less in the evenings. The only other worthwhile place I've discovered is Les Girls on Midway...no contact whatsoever, but you get to go home with a couple of polatroids of the girls. Ask if you can tie her up with your necktie...she'll go wild for it!!

-Cheetah's is the best - has the most and best looking girls and closest contact dances - full nude, no alcohol, have to buy 2 nonalcoholic drinks and also pay admission is you don't have a card (you get one the first time you go).
-After Cheetah's both Deja Vu's (Midway and Kearny Mesa), and Club Expose on Miramar. Expose has less girls but better dances.
Topless (alcohol served):
-I like Pacer's best, dancers/waitresses are friendly and don't hassle you as much. Then Pure Platinum (2 locations, near the airport and in Kearny Mesa), and Dreamgirls on Convoy. Dances tends to be lame at Dreamgirls but good ambience.
Always liked Dirty Darlings in Lemon Grove. Great ladies, nice atmosphere.

The Spearmint Rhino in City of Industry is the best club in Southern California. This club has very high mileage, especially during the day. It's not a local club, but worth the trip if you have spare time.
