Alexis Cream, if she's in town, is well-reviewed with a good menu.
Just outside, you'd be looking at Cindy (princesscindy) or Jessica Lee in GB. Haven't visited them myself, but they have some good reviews and I had someone on TER recommend Cindy to me.
Otherwise you're going to be looking at questionable quality / safety girls on BP. Many regular posters (on BP) aren't posting currently. Either they're all out of town, on vacation, retired, or have had run ins with a group of people trying to regulate morality.
There are a few BP scams going on right now too. One guy I know almost got cash and dashed. Some unsafe girls on BP right now: I know a couple girls have offered raincoat free (for an extra donation) upgrades. I wouldn't see them with a raincoat myself after hearing that, too risky.
