would definitely be UP for it!

I lived in Brooklyn, NYC. My family own a rent
control building full of apartments.
Do not E-mail me if they are for RENT. One of the apartment has been converted into a luxury
condo which can be host for party or event.
I have never host a party or event before
at my place. Any suggestion is always welcome
on how to approach this.

I've never held or even attended a Meet & Greet, but a number of things seem fairly obvious:

1) You need to be a verified in the hobby, which means numerous reviews.

2) You need to have experience in hosting parties of some sort, to avoid major glitches.

3) You need to be trusted by both men and women who might attend, which takes time.

4) You need some resources to put on a M&G right. Even if guys pitch in, there will be expenses that need to be paid up front.

5) You need to have a presence in your local hobbying community to be taken seriously.

To some extent, this falls into the category of "If you have to ask how or how much, you aren't ready". Sorry to be the spoilsport, but I think the experienced M&G hosts would agree with most of what I've said. Give it time, be patient, get involved, and who knows what will happen in your future. Good luck in your hobbying activities.

I've been in the hobby for 10 years. I had not
renew the account as of last month. My three reviews are coming. Sad to say the three ladies
that I visited doesn't even live in New York City. So they won't becoming to any of my meet and greet

I'd just want to coordinate with somebody who
know how to host a meet and greet that is all
in the big apple.

Problem is the screening process. You've got to
figure out who to invite and who not to invite.
You don't want to invite trouble makers that will
ruin the party.

Too new here to give advises ... but would love to participate!
