i have used Charming Friends a great deal over the past years.  i have a review for a CF girl who is in fairfield, and new girl just started working out fairfield as well.  they do incall and outcall and all of my dates with CF were more than GFE.  

be advised, they are a membership based service.  you have to get cleared first which is a little more extensive than a regular referrence check.

it is a bit more involved, but it is worth the effort.  milton, the manager is great to work with and he manages girls in a dozen different cities across the US.  i actually had a $700 appointment with one of his girls that went very poorly for CF standards (but probably acceptable by other standards) and I spoke to Milton about it and he went great lengths to see to it that i was not left feeling cheated or out in the cold since i was worried about her not having any reviews and he personally vouched for her.  he is about as straightforward and square dealing as you'll find and he takes client loyalty very seriously.
