First of all regarding LE, the TJ police are not tight but they are corrupt.  I don't know the law in TJ but if prostitution is not legal, it is tolerated probably because of payola.  However, as long as you don't act like a stupid American and keep to yourself, you will probably not run into any problems at all.

I usually go to the Chicago Club and Adelitas as there are many choices at each of these clubs.  I have found it better to go down after 9PM on a Wednesday or Thursday as the ladies are not running men upstairs like an assembly line like they sometimes do on weekends.  Since I spend a few hours down there, I have never encountered any delays returning at around midnight.  I go down with a friend and usually walk back from the Zona without seeing any problems.

The cost of FS will run anywhere from $40-$80 plus around $11 for the room for 1/2 hour.  Rates for longer times are negotiable but it's typical to spend $100 for the hour plus room.

-If what you meant by this was do the TJ police prohibit prostitution, the answer is no.  The only thing that they will arrest you for is not being old enough or else pimping someone besides yourself.

"One last question, I know this is a lot, are there pretty girls down there during the week and during all hours?"
