first few months of spotting and possible side effects.  I remember spotting for awhile and feeling like I was in a bad mood all the time.  You may want to try Lybrel.  It's the pill where you get no periods at all.

I have a relatively personal question that might be better handled via mail, it's regarding monthly visits.
an someone help me with a way around that?
Thanks!

What kind of "monthly visits?"

I think we should leave this one to the gals.

Sorry, you're right. I realized that just after I posted.

Man, JHB, reminds me of one of those "Want to get away" commercials.  We've all had moments like that - where you just want that damned click back right after you hit it.

Thanks guys, it's been a long day and I needed that.  JHB, I'm sure I'll return the favor some day with one of my own moments.

:-D

I'm glad I made SOMEBODY's day a little brighter! As we used to say in the Navy, 999 attaboys can be wiped out by one big OOPS!!!!

He comes around my place every month to collect his $1.50 for the couch and dining room table.

I just send the kids to the door to tell him that I'm out of town caring for my sick aunt, and that usualy holds him for another month.

It's going to become quite the problem someday.

It's called a sea sponge. It takes the proper shape when inserted, and no one can tell the difference!

Excuse yourself to washroom just before action starts and make the switch. Just as with tampons you need to have several of different sizes.

hope that helps....

otherwise you could take one week a month off!

based on past posts on this question I think most guys would definitely prefer she follow option 2.

I posted a question on the general discussion board about how many providers might be using the new every-three month period birth control pills (like Seasonique). The one provider who responded pointed out that you could do the same thing with regular birth control pills (just skip the placebo pills and start the new set of pills right away) or get Depo-Provera shots.

or massage only specials.

One lady I know used the cervical sponge.

GOD, I feel like such an idiot.
Can I take this one back?
I was talking about the POOLMAN.
Glad we could all laugh though.  And have decided, as you're all on pins and needles over this one....week off sounds nice.
Damn the furniture mover.

One of the beauties of the newbie board is that every question is fair game, and that everyone here occasionally, yours truly not only included, but especially, can post something that he/she will  later regret.  But here it is not held against you!!!  I'm not saying your post was a mistake, but here on this board, in the words of Billie Joel, "You’re only human, you’re allowed to make your share of mistakes!!!"

Your post generated some laughs, but also some good advice from the gals, and perspective from the guys, all I suspect is useful to you.

Good Luck to you,

Yes, by damn you can clean my pool, my clock, my-hell, clean whatever you want.  But you can't use those sea sponges.  They seem to be not only worthless, but when you try to buy them at the health food store the employees give you this "look," like-Mmmm-Hmmm. Sea Sponges fo hos, aisle five.
They don't seem all that affective against mustard algae either.
And uncomfortabe as hell carefully putting them in place.
Kid, I'm all yours anytime.
