You're probably being moderated. Look at the top of the Newbie Board and click on Message Board Policies, FAQ, and read the blurb about the moderators. When you've proven to them that you can post responsibly and follow the rules, they'll unmoderate you. We all had to go through it. All of them, from what I've seen, are really fair about it. You are moderated.  I am also.  I have made numerous posts in the past ten months or so on the Newbie Board, the General Discussion Board, the Los Angeles Regional Board and the Erotic Highway. Due to work pressures, other interests or boredom, I have not posted enough to get unmoderated, but that does not really matter that much.

Sometimes my posts are put up so fast, that it is obvious that they were read by the moderator soon after I sent them and they passed.

Some of my posts went to oblivion, most often when I responded to a thread and went off topic.
