It doesn't matter how money exchanges hands. If you are paying somebody for sex, it is prostitution in the eyes of the law. LE doesn't care if the fee was paid in cash, credit card, travelers checks, personal check or wire transfer. It's all the same.
Is it better to make a last minute date and more likely for trouble if one is made in advance, say a week or two. Also, if the entire problem is a money exchange, why can't we provide the money a different way. Isn't their any sure way to do this and not get in trouble?

Ok, so lets say it is a money transfer that occurs some time other than during the date. They would have no proof at that moment they cought you.
