All I can tell you is it takes time and it will happen for you Keep posting, stay in tune with your local board advertise, and stay up beat. Before you know it...you will be busy. This is a slow time of yr. All on vaca at the beach or what ever, but it will happen for you. Try offering an introductory offer for well known, verified TER members. Just to get the ball rolling.

......is not being able to use P411 and/or date-check. I would love to use these but can't until I have references/referral. I'm therefore basically "stuck" with screening using verified TER member names, company info such as phone and address and gentleman full name. However, this information doesn't seem to be popular to provide. I DO understand, however I have to screen some kind of way. It's easy to get a civie date! But hard as hell to get your first hobbyist! haha
I have been advertising in different areas and not just TER as to pick up business. It's hard when you don't have reviews. But I know this is what every newbie provider had to go through.
I would prefer to be an independent. I don't want the politics of an agency and I believe LE would focus more on an agency than they would an indie. I have read agency ads and often their sly way of saying "no black women" is "currently searching for white/latin women only." They are missing out on a market because in my experience it is the white and hispanic gentlemen who come knocking at my door.

Imagine my surprise when upon reading your website, you say "I prefer to be an Ebony fantasy for Caucasian and Hispanic gentlemen." Does this mean you don't see Black men? You seem to have the same 'preferences/prejudices' as the escort agencies...

An entire agency basically saying "no black women" is bad since it's an agency. An agency has more than one girl and therefore, you would think the agency would cater to as many men as they can, since every man's tastes differs. If I were a man and went to an agency I would hope expect there would be a wide selection. If a man decides one girl there isn't for him, he has more to choose from.
I'm an independent. There is only one of me. When a man comes to my website or contacts me he will either know I'm for him or not. there are no other women to choose from so he will move on if he decides he wants something else. I do not have to cater to everyone whether it be due to race, PSE, BDSM, select fetishes, etc. An agency, on the other hand, should. I'm sure there are some indies who provide both GFE, PSE, etc., but from websites I've visited each provider appears to have her specialties/restrictions.
As an independent businesswoman, you should see who you want to see regardless of the reason. No one needs to know why you will not see a certain individual and will see another person.

Based on your explanation, you imply that an agency should value the bottom line, and not succumb to prejudice. However we know that throughout history, there have been many businesses that would not allow Blacks as customers - businesses would actually turn away money, choosing instead to go with their prejudices. So that argument is weak.
And then you turn around and do the same thing! You are frustrated that business is slow, and as an Ebony provider you know your target audience will be smaller than the 'All American' providers... Yet you cut off an entire customer base. You are not making the 'correct' economic choice, either.
I don't know or care about your reasons for not seeing Black men. I know that you have the ability to see whomever you want to see - nothing I write here is going to change that. I am disappointed and frustrated that an Ebony provider feels the need to discriminate against people that look like you. With all the prejudice in the world, the last place I expected to see it was from an Ebony provider.
Notice that I didn't say that you have the 'right' to see whoever you want. Businesses, not even independent businesspeople, do not have the right to discriminate based on race. My preference would be that providers who discriminate based on race should find another line of work. I am not trying to force anyone to have sex with people they don't want.
Hi Ava, too bad your not in chicago, I like working with black women! They are serious about their work and are usually better at being on time and not rushing guys out.
Lot of black women who have worked with me also did not want to see black men unless they were mature and even then after the appointment, they don't want to see him again. I would say 98% of black women don't want to see black men,in my experience with them.
Lot of guys don't understand this but we know it has nothing to do with being prejudice.
Wish you were in chicago, I need a black lady because I have guys who love them. if ever in our windy city call me girl!
