Have any of you out there been with a provider several times that is with an agency and have decided to work directly together for future appiontments for whatever reason, say better price, more services, extended trips or other vip treatment. Did it work to your advantage? Im thinking about asking a lady on an extended session (3 day) to Vegas and don't have 10K to spend. Share your similar stories.
Most agency girls know that they will be occasionally "shopped" by friends of the owner to assure that they are being honest. If you approach this gal she may not only turn you down cold but also report you to the agency and have you banned and black listed. On the other hand she may accept your offer and cut you a sweet deal...there is no guarantee of either scenario, it's a roll of the dice.
about this for several reasons. If you are a regular client of an agency and get caught doing this, you will be shut off from then on. Also, the provider will have to deal with either getting fired or putting up with a pissed off boss for a long time.

There is one agency here in Mass (Room Service Girls) that allows its girls to work on their own also. So not all agencies are as rigid as others would ahev you believe.
But generally, it is a bad idea to go around an agency without knowing whether the agency approves.
Room service allows it primarily because they are a discount agency. Jill knows that the key to keeping good girls is to be flexible and allow them to work on their own as well.
The fact is many ladies who work for agencies also work as indies though, as a rule, not in the same city and often times not under the same name.

The ones I consider the "good ones" are really more like a group of independents that have banded together in order to share a common booking and screening agent. Many are closed on weekends. Some have on their "rolls" one or two very well known girls that are primarily independent.
Having said that, I still wouldn't approach a girl unless I knew her very well.

I'm going to have to defend the agency on this one. I know the issue of the agency keeping rougly half (or less in many cases) of the stated fee has been hashed out on these boards time and again. But what is the agency doing to earn their part of the fee? They handle all the screening, all the scheduling, field all the phone calls and e-mails, etc.
If you enjoy the company of your ladyfriend, then continue to see her through the agency she works for. If she wants to cut out the middle man and keep the entire donation herself, then she can go independent and handle all of her own screening and bookings. Since she hasn't gone independent, it seems likely that she is content to let the agency handle that for her. Since the agency is doing all her footwork for her, they are entitled to their portion of the fee you pay.
I will say in my defense that im not looking to set up a typical "date" it's not even on the "menu" and I would approach it like this "how would you like an all expenses paid 4 day 3 night vacation with one of your girl friends to Las Vegas " and see what her response is, if its very positive then we can talk details, if not I'll back off. Off hand it doesn't sound like im trying to cut the agents money. Please share comments.
It doesn't change my opinion about things. As others have said it all depends on her and the arrangement she has with the agency. In spite of all the flexibility being discussed here the simple fact is SOME agencies and SOME of their ladies will not go for this idea. I'm not saying it isn't worth asking but the results I outlined in my first post are always a possibility.
Of course I will pay, but those are the details to dicuss after the positive initial response, keep in mind that I have seen her before, and have a gut feeling she'll go for it. At a previous session she said "I've been to Vegas only once but did not get to enjoy the "Vegas experience" I know all about the Vegas experience, shows, clubs, gaming and food, I would be the perfect host. With these added details can I get some of you guys to support me on this one. Please

To be perfectly honest I don't see the harm in asking her to go to Vegas. At some point one of you will have to broach the subject of the agency and the price she will charge you. If it's acceptable then go for it. If it's too high, with or without the agency then take a pass.
I may be in the minority here, but I would feel no guilt in taking a lady to Vegas without the agency being involved.

I don't see the harm in this either. I would do the same you are planning to do. See what her reaction is when you broach the subject and if you feel she will go for it, ask. I see the agencies as the bastards who are try to take something that, in my mind, doesn't belong to them. Is fielding phone calls really worth half the fee? I say fuck them. Let's hand back to them the result of their jacking up the prices to us!!

it’s a matter of my loyalty to the agency.
The ladies I know that work both sides don't pass along the "discount". Nor should they. The agency booking agent does earn his/her portion. Not all cuts are the same inside a given agency. Maybe some girls are higher maintenance, LOL. BTW, the best independent agencies are run by a woman.
Where I have done "it", it was on a day that the lady was previously not scheduled to work (i.e. she wasn’t “on call”), I paid my normal rate and I know that the agency is aware that some of their ladies do this. Some agencies book for ladies that are “openly” independent in that the lady advertises separately well above the radar.
I can see a lady negotiating with her agency. . .
she promises to be available on say Monday thru Thursday, so and so hours at a given rate. She says, "Find me all the work you can, or here's the maximum number of appointments per day, etc. On the weekend she's on her own.
If she's good enough and does it right, then she can have it this way, at least with the "good" agencies.

I am surprized no one has stated the obvious here - BALZER I hope your using an alias because if your not and you plan on identifing yourself to agencies with your TER Handle you might be blacklisting yourself before you've even committed the crime!
But if you want a direct answer to your question. I would say that only you know what transpires when your with said provider and therefore, only YOU can judge if she will go with your offer.
In my experience there is always the possibility of "changing the rules" with providers but its not something that you plan. It usually occurs naturally. I have had experiences where an agency girl went independent...she was already one of my ATF and once she was independent I did see her off the clock. She like having someone to hand with and would often invite me to diner after a "long work day". This happened didnt happen overnight but over time we built up to it.
Other times you get agency and independent girls offer you their cell numbers...usually programing their number with their real names into my phone. This happens mostly at meet and greets or after a perfect chemistry filled session. When that happens all bets are off...but I must tell you I am never the one to ask first - it is always initiated by the provider - save me all the guess work.
