Can't find the meaning for acronym "++"

I looked on the list of terms but that doesn't seem to be there. Some help? I saw rates quoted as normal rates and higher ++ rates in a couple of sites.

Double plus was the basic standard superlative:

Double plus good = fantastic, wonderful, etc.
Double plus ungood = horrible, terrible, etc.

OK, returning to the hobby,++ indicates there are markups, which may, may not be bad.

Some gals will quote a ridiculously low price and expect tips for everything!!!  Every stitch of clothing, or even consideration of a sexual act, let alone performance thereof is negotiable, and in the end these gals can be VERY expensive.  This is UPSELLING

Other gals will indicate in their price that has some additional, optional services (anal is a good example) available at an extra price.  This is not upselling.

So how do you know the difference between the 2, become a VIP, and read the reviews!!!

Since it applies to rates, maybe + = $ (i.e. $100), so ++ = $200?

The rates page quotes a number, the particular page quotes the "++ experience" with a different figure. I've also seen them listed next to each other.

that the providers offer GFE services plus anal.  This agency, which I use a lot and I think is extremely good, charges an extra $100.00 for the ++ service, but only if you partake.  So the lady's fee is the normal fee unless you ask for the extra.

It's funny and fortuitous that you should inquire at this time, because the agency's owner, Jill, just posted a change on the website that necessitated an explanation of the ++.  Click the link.
