There Are Always People Who Bitch About The Process And Then Do.....angry_smile

nothing to figure out what they are doing wrong.

I have yet to have a review rejected for other than a provider being de-listed.

I have had them unapproved for mistakes I have made, but I have always gotten them approved by submitting a "Review Question" problem report from Account Manager and then correcting my error.

On many occasions I have been able to simple hit the Edit key next to the unapproved review and read the reason for the review not being approved and fix the problem and resubmit it.

If there is a serious problem with reviews getting approved, how are there 513,311 as of today?  How do guys like Beefeater500 (14 reviews in July) and WildTurkey-101 (15 reviews in July) get their reviews posted several times a month?

Look inward before blaming the system.  Make sure you are doing what you need to do for the reviews to get approved.  If you still have a problem, PM staff and asks for help.  If that fails and you have worked the system, then come to the boards and vent.

Until that time you just look like a whiner who isn't willing to play by the rules like everybody else who submits reviews and gets them approved.

And you are doing a disservice to this newbie member who needs help with the process, not someone telling him the process doesn't work , because it does, if you follow the rules and guidelines and do your followup.

I just saw a provider and spent quite some time writing a summary of our adventure. It took me forever to write. The only reason why I did it is because the girl was so good. I login today and see that my review was unapproved.

Is there any way members can see the reviews I have written, just not approved? Can I give a summary in my regional board?

use the "Review Questions" link out of the "Account Manager" menu to contact them and ask why it was not approved (I suggest you include a link to it in the message to save them time and ensure that the right one is looked at).   You can then expect a reply in the "Feedback" section of the same menu.  Unless you have set the preferences to notify you by email when you get a "feedback" message, you will have to just continuously check it after the first day or so to see if they have replied.  Once you get the "feedback" message reply, you can then reply to that and initiate a (albeit slow) conversation regarding the review.

If the review can be corrected after you've "discussed it", they will either correct if for you, or change the status so that an edit button appears next to it so that you can correct it and resubmit.

My personal experience is that they are fantastic to work with, and that, usually, there is a way to fix it.  In fact, I have been greatly impressed with their customer service since finding the site.

Good luck

no, and maybe....see guidelines for mini-reviews...but if you submit a mini, you still have to get the regular review posted.

For help with that, see my post above.

My review of the lady was unapproved because I don't have history with TER.

So, I guess I have to keep randomly posting on the boards until something magical happens, and then I can post a review.

Then again, maybe they just want me to pay for VIP status, and then I can post reviews. Maybe the history of $$$'s they want.

Paying for VIP membership will not insure your reviews are approved.  If you have limited history with TER, I suggest you review a well established provider as your first review.  Then ask her to contact TER to verify the veracity of the review.  That worked for me.

TER is just doing some quality control to make sure that fake reviews & reviewers do not get into the system.

Thank you everyone for your feedback and input. I send a message to them from the TER help form. Hopefully I will have good news to report back.

same here bud.... im just stickin around to see if something majical happens. i dont know how to find the providers i can "review"?????
