Just be careful about advertising in a small town. Not hard for LE to figure out who you are, and to target you. Then again, they might not care as long as you are not "in your face" about it (get complaints). They might enjoy the local "color".

Advertising is area specific. Ask on your regional board, and ask your clients where they look.

Maybe get different e-mail addresses so you can track where interest is coming from. Although having multiple names/e-mail addresses makes a lady look flaky.

Seriously, where are the BEST places to advertise, that even a small-town girl like me will get plenty o' traffic?  I'm not so high-volume that I can afford to have $200/month ads on a billion sites, so I need a few places where my ad may generate the most interest. :) Thanks in advance!

You might want to look at the regional board for your particular area, and see what the well reviewed TER ladies, from your area are using to place their ads. Just a thought! Good luck!

It took me awhile, but I finally found you on the Philly board.  Then it took me a little while longer to find your review because you don't list a phone number on your site or TER ads (that I saw anyway), but I found that. BTW, your phone number is on the profile, so you will need to have that removed if you don't want it out there, and the email address on the profile does not match your website, so you may want to have that corrected.

To correct your profile, I believe you will have to link it to your handle (particularly since you can't send an email from an address that matches the one on the profile, since it is wrong).  Once you do that, a link entitled "See My Ter Reviews" will appear every time you post. I have included a link with some information that will help you do this.

Unfortunately, your scores on your one review (5/5) may work against you when advertising on this board until you can garner some more positive reviews, which I'm sure won't be a problem.  It's a shame, really, because, IMHO, the scores your reviewer gave you don't give the real picture in this situation once you read the full details.  I'm not going to get into it here, but I will suggest that if you are seeing someone from the site who could possibly be writing a review, you should definitely err on the side of caution with all issues, including timing.  Better not to make the appointment than to have something go wrong (unexpected or not) for the first several review possible appointments.  If you are wondering how you would know if they are review possible or not if they don't reveal their TER membership, I would suggest that you just assume that they are at first.  Once you build some good reviews, and based on what your reviewer wrote, you will, you will naturally start getting more business from the TER ads you post.

As for other ad sites, I would suggest that you post a request on the Philly board much like the one you posted on the General Board requesting mentoring from providers.  That post right there, shows how smart you are being about this, and I, for one, am impressed.  I also suggest that you check out every local provider's ad sites and websites for tips and information to get a feel for what ad sites are out there that fit the bill.

Good luck to you, and I hope Cecelia and any other provider who answers your other post(s) will be of help to you.  I'm sure that Cecelia will because that's one classy lady.

If you ever come up to Boston, I'd be more than happy to see you.

Yeah, Dixie, I was pretty sad about my review, b/c the same fella who left the review here on TER left a very positive review for me on Escorts.com.  It seemed rather ... well ... duplicitous.  I think maybe he did not realize that I am on this site.  All of my reviews on escorts (11 so far) have all been 100% positive... so of course, on the one website where I want to get positive exposure, the review is less than charitable. :(  Fortunately, my first client ever, who's become a friend, is trying to post a review... he tried to post it once before but said it never went through for some reason.  Ah well.

Anywho, thanks again for your very helpful post.  I hope I can figure out how to correct the phone number & e-mail address in this review and link it to my profile.

Oh yeah, and the reason my timing sucked was b/c... well... I don't want to get too gory about the details, but NOTHING had been going on down there in OVER 2 YEARS!!!  (pregnancy, then the insertion of an IUD...) So it was seriously 100% unexpected.  I had no cycle to count on in any way whatsoever. :( My sorry luck, yanno?

I assume you have one if you are reviewed, or at least some mall site now.

Take advantage of the weekly opportunity to post your availiability on your local board.  I check it out all the time up in Boston to see who's headed up this way.

For what it is worth, most providers I talk to about the subject feel that they must pony up the big bucks to be on EROS.  I don't suppose they would do that unless they felt they were getting a good return on their investment.

As for the free sites out there, there's no harm in being on them.  I have met one or two from these sites.

I hope this helps.

You have your first post up on the Philly board. That's a good start, and even though you don't have any TER reviews yet, keep posting once a week. You already have reviews on another site, so be patient, and you'll find that the interest will come. You've been posting on the General Board. Stay involved on the boards and talk to some of the other ladies.

Good luck & be patient.

waste your time with CL even though the price is right.  In some parts of the country Eros is more popular, others it is Cityvibe, others Preferred411, etc.  You can also post an ad once a week on your regional board here on TER.

Hobbyists may shop on Eros, Preferred411 or wherever, but I verify with reviews here on TER or I take a pass.
