At first your best bet is to read a great deal of this web site.  I know you are a proveider but read the newbie manual (in the grey box just above the posting area).

Also, read several pages of the FAQ for Newbies and General Discussion forums as well as your Regional Board.

Then hang out in those three forums and ad your own perspective when you feel comfortable to do so.  Remember the rules about advertising (only allowed on the regional board and only every three, or five or seven days...I don't recall which).

You will learn a great deal by doing this and when you post, potential clients will learn about you and your personality.  Clients will come in time and then, in time, so will your first review.

This is a business and sucess does not come overnight.  Be patient and stay positive.

I might also suggest reading reviews of some well reviewed ladies and see what makes them so good.  There is so much more to being a good provider than just being willing to have sex and being good at it.

Good Luck.  Be safe.

Hi all, I'm Leah and I'm a newbie at age 40.
I stumbled across this site by accident and just want to give you all a huge hug because this is a safe place for me to talk, learn and "get" that I'm quasi-normal.
I have so much to learn and look forward to all the advice you've all placed here for the frosh like me.
I joined the VIP and now have no idea what to do with it.
Any mentors out there?
I'm listed on CL (ugh) Eros and GFE.  I have so many questions that I'll read and try to get answered; like how do I screen my friends without them feeling like I'm a private detective? What ads work? I've had much luck with CL, but have to hoe through way too many weeds there and a couple from Eros.
Wanted to say hi and thanks for being here!
xx Leah

Thanks so much for the welcome.
I am studying the newbie section--I do believe a degree should be handed out after I've finished,
It's great info.
Thanks!

Welcome to TER, and my first suggestion to you:

Get off CL. Too much LE and bottom fishers. That is a generality, and your area may be different. But, you get what you pay for.

Screening is a necessary evil. Try joining date-check.com, and preferred411.com (free for ladies). roomservice2000.com is also good if you go to Chicago.

Where to advertise tends to be area specific. Seems like guys in one area gravitate to certain sites. Eros seems to be a common denominator, but they are expensive. Also, being one of 2000 isn't too helpful in places like Las Vegas.

Post ads here on the regional board (once a week) and other boards. It is free and helps.

and that just might be the case although Orlando is a very large city now.

Have you checked out reviews to see if someone hasn't already written one of you. Thats how I landed up here but had 3 reviews before I joined.
Check the data base for your phonenumber if thats how you advertise on CL.

pandabear my first reviews came from CL and many ladies started there. Most new reviews are from gentlemen that have been on TER for a while and yes they found these new ladies on CL. There is a vast collection of ladies on the TER database and CL is free and highly visible.

Leah, do you have a website? If not go to rareescorts and put one together. It's free, simple to use and you will have it up and running in a few hours.

Post on the local Florida board and you will be on your way. Do read all the rules before posting and maybe be a lurker there for a day or two. Friendly group and the guys love to see a new ladies picture.

Keep safe
 Kisses Haley

Hi Haley!
I may have some reviews, but let's just call me very computer challenged and I'm having a hard time feeling my way around the site.
I have a friend that I'm going to have help me.  I do have two sites one on eros and one on sexygfe, but am having a hard time getting the TER link on.
Think I have it.
I will post on the Fl board, thank you.
Now if you could just come over for some coffee and show me this computer crap....

Leah, you are in the right place to start with. TER's newbie board is actually a very friendly place and contains a lot of useful information. All of us -ladies and gents alike- were newbies at some point and can relate to the feeling of being nervous while being super excited! Happy to hear you joined the VIP as it makes a world of difference.

BTW, I saw your Eros ad. You are HOT!!!!! I am sure the FL gents will be very excited about you. I'm not even in FL and I am excited already!

I'll send you a PM....
