LE appears to be going after MP's and AMP's ALL OVER. Yes, Scottsdale was hit hard but they have also hit Fountain Hills, Tempe and, most recently, Glendale. (They've even been coming down on the 'county line' places too so.) Once again, if you can tell by appearances that the place is offering more than just massage (and I don't mean salt scrubs ;o) then so can LE. Avoid those places.

If you have the misfortune of being in a massage when LE comes in just remember that there is nothing wrong with you getting a massage so don't act like a criminal. They will most likely try to intimidate you into saying that your therapist offered you something because they REALLY want a bust. They do the same to the therapists trying to get them to say that owners make them offer things and set prices or take tip money. Intimidation is what they are all about so DON"T LET THEM! Getting a massage is not illegal so don't let them act like it is.

With all the recent news of Scottsdale LE busting MP's in Scottsdale, I was curious if they have set up any stings to catch hobbyists.  I only hear of them busting the providers.  Any MP's/AMP's to stay clear of?

So far it seems that the providers and shops are all they're going after and there are plenty of them to keep busy with. I would just recommend avoiding any places that you know have had problems with LE or any places that you can tell just by looking that they are offering sexual services. (If you can tell just by looking so can LE ;o)

Read the front page article on the Scottsdale section in todays (8/30/03)  AZ Republic.  Sounds like the crack down is alive and well. Some names are listed.
