I would say you have 2 choices. First, you could let the agency know about it, they could probably get the problem corrected, but I think they will have to change her name slightly or call her #2 or something since it is the same agency with the same phone number. Or, you could just submit a series of problem reports to get the girls profile updated. Since you reviewed her that will be easy and you get 2 free VIP days for each problem corrected.
Newbie question- I have seen two ladies ads, both have the same "name", just curious- can they possibly link to the same reviews? In other words, can one review profile mistakenly represent two different ladies that goes with the same name in the same area?

retired for awhile and the first review of the new one is mistakenly put onto the profile of the retired one. It usually happens when the ladies in question are with the same agency.
Usually, the reviewer or agency will fix it with a problem report. They'll put a (retired) by the name of the first provider. If you find a profile with a problem like that, and you're sure that there is a problem, you can submit your own problem report.

Having the same name is common, link to reviews would not happen because of different phone number and ad site. My first two reviews were both on Honey, but they are 2 entirely different providers.
I saw a brand new girl last night and wrote a review (I was her first ever client BTW). She was an agency girl. The agency had another girl in the recent past by the same name with reviews. My review was attached to the other girl's profile. I submitted a problem report and it was unapproved! I am kind of upset about it, because the prior girl's profile does NOT represent the new girl. Unfair if you ask me. Any advice on how to get it fixed?
