There is no single answer for all providers, or all women. Thinking you're going to find one is a waste of your time. All you can do is treat them well, and hope your moves match their needs.
So Im a newb to these type of things but today, i went to see a provider and she was giving me the "service" but my question is do they allow me to touch her anywhere else? Im afraid i will touch the wrong places and she will back away from me but then again im paying for this... so should i be afraid? or a little bit more daring to reach for her "areas" during the session? Or is that every provider is different?
Well, that is why we have reviews and that is why you need to get a VIP and read the reviews on the ladies you want to see, there all of your questions will be answered. In lieu of that, to answer your question, it certainly varies from one provider to another, but it does sound like you went to see a very limited service provider. I usually just start doing whatever comes to mind, trust me she will let you know if you cross any boundaries.
I saw a provider many years ago on the West Coast. After we started the session, I asked if touching was allowed. She said it was, then thanked me for asking. She said a lot of guys start grabbing right away, and she considered this rude and disrespectful. Most of the providers I've seen recently tell me where it's allowed and where it isn't. If they don't tell, I ask.

Yup, im a very recent VIP member AND did a # of research... But none of the reviews stated that i can touch her anywhere i want, they just mentioned cg, cbj, rcg, etc... I just dont wanna keep asking questions like "Oh, is it ok to kiss / Touch you there"? oh btw ty for the advices... i guess if she let me know not to cross that boundary, then i shouldnt be worrying to much, i should just enjoy the show
If a lady is doing things to me, I want to touch her... I usually rub a flat hand over her arm, leg or body... how she moves in response guides my touches. If she moves so you can reach, that's a yes, if not, than you have your answer.
Yes, the review information is helpful but just grabbing a handful is rude.

I usually explore with my tongue first..If she moans in certain spots then I know I can now use my nose..
Most times I will ask, "Is there something you don't want me to do or someplace you don't want me to touch". I did see a lady once who didn't like her ears kissed. The most frequent response (and that is still less than 50% of the time) is "be sure you don't cum in my mouth."
