Hi, I am new and need a web designer ( all the nuts & bolts).
I did find one, who is rather "well known", but never got a courtesy response. Needless too say, I will not be using this person, even if they should pick up the ball.
So, this is where I am at the moment. It would be greatly appreciated if you have any creative,professional referral for me.

This is probably a better question for one of TER regional boards. As a general rule, we don't do professional referrals on the Newbie Board. One simple reason for this is that we don't know where you are.
Something else you can do is look through the sites of other providers in your area, many credit the web designer, and sometimes even provide a link. If you can't info on the site, you can always contact the provider to ask who she uses.

I do not know the extent of your free time, but have you ever thought of making your own? It isn't too difficult.
For layout and design, I would recommend NetObjects Fusion. It’s a simple canned application that is pretty much drag and drop. Photoshop or any image editor like MS Paint. Finally a site to host your webpage which will cost you. Also a local Bookstore, like Borders, and the internet.
Then again, you can always dish out money for a premade one. I would Google what your looking for. I got curious and found one on my first try.

There is also the free do-it-yourself option. Many gals use rare-escort, and a few others escortsite. Both provide a free, complete escort site template and free hosting.
