Heyz!
I'm a bi-racial chica, caramel skinned, honey haired, in decent shape, with an awesome personality. I'm looking to get into the business and was hoping some of you could point me in the right direction for an agency. I'm looking for a place that will treat me right, be concerned about my safety and not take all of my money. It'd be super nice if they also had respectable clients (business people) that I could have intelligent conversations with.

All help is appreciated. Even if you just want to tell me which places to avoid. :)

While we can't recommend an agency on this board, here are a few areas for you to research:

1)  Try searching the reviews in PHL for agency gals.  This will help you determine which agencies are legit in the eyes of hobbyists.

2)  Read through TER's Philadelphia board.  This will give sense of the hobby there, and whose who.

3)  Consider becoming a VIP.  This will allow you to read the reviews in full, which can tell you a great deal about you potential clients and their expectation.  You can also use TER's private mail system, a very useful tool.

I can give you some tips. (In general, Philly is not an "agency town"), BUT get TER VIP, and ask on that board, and PM me. I've got some suggestions.
