Is it safe to assume a providor with a good number of reviews and is willing to meet at you hotel is not LE?
It's not safe to assume anything, but personaly I feel more comfortable when providers come to my place, hotel, ect. b/c I know the envoroment and I know their are no cops hiding in the bathroom, (but they could be next door) I imagine providers prefer incall for the same reasons.

It is never safe to assume, personaly I feel more comfortable with outcalls as a hobbist b/c I now the enviroment and I control when and what info is give over the phone. I imagine that providers like incall for alot of the same reasons. Having to call to get the building and room number as you pull in the parking lot makes it difficult to set up a sting. I would imagine LE will look for the easyist & the most bust so only getting one provider at a incall or one hobbist at an outcall is a lot of work for minimum results. But again it is never safe to assume!
