We both have lots to loose...(SO, familia, etc.)

I keep my written contracts in a safe.  I have never had to take legal matters, but I do have a lawyer who is aware of my life-style.  Verbal agreements never need a contract.  I have had to many slaves to count, but have always set limits that were mutually agreed upon by me & my pets.

Set limits & you should not have any issues.  Their are greedy Mistresses that do not care about your safety, family obligations, etc.. Find a Madame whom shares the same morals, ethics, & values as you do and you will be a very happy slave indeed!

If there are any financial fetish freaks out there ;) ...has anyone ever entered into a promise to give x dollars contract before?  If so, did you get it notarized and what was the outcome? Just wondering if its a good idea or bad idea based on people's past experiences..

I do financial domination, including consensual blackmail. Each of my "victims" signs a contract but I don't require notarization, just pics showing them with the contract, pics of them signing the contract, etc. It certainly can be an excellent mind fuck, especially in very talented hands :)

Keep in mind, as with any other contracts within the BDSM realm, they really aren't enforceable.

I guess a pic of that to especially a married guy is probably just as strong as a legal contract lol.  did you ever have any victims not follow through?

I have had those who don't make it to the contract phase. I require an initial gift to show they are serious, and, generally, they cannot even get that right.

However, the ones I have gotten into contracts have been exceptional play toys...I must admit I do enjoy the worry (maybe even the fear) that comes along when it is time to pay. So much fun :)

When a slave has my money coming to him, we make up a contract. I have him sign it, date it and seal it with drop of his blood, a photo and a kiss. ;-) "devilish laugh" Then there is no dispute or argument, it is understood on both sides how the Goddesses Financials will be handled.

Only the moms obedient and worthy may enter an arrangement of that nature with me.

;)

Good little slaves know their duties and are bound by their desire to please me, not a piece of paper.

:)

This is true of slaves. But for a few of my money slaves, it's part of the fun for them to have to read and sign that contract.

I have printed out contracts with pictures, and have not with my pets, but everyone has to this day lived out their duty.  I never push limits when it comes to financial Domina it is always a special request.  The limits are yours to set.  I only push when agreed upon previously.  I discuss everything prior to play...ALWAYS!

I considered myself very experience in Financial Domination because I have done it with 6 great subs. The contract is an agreement which you entered into a promise to give x amount of dollars. You can use the contract or the form along with a pic as a blackmail or a playful threat?  You can get it notarized if you want.  Depending on your past experiences and what you like, this can be a great experience but just remember you have to take this very serious if you want to do this. With me there's assignments and kinky games to make it more interesting. Hope you find what you're looking for?

I guess what I am getting at is I wonder if even if I satisfy a contract will she hang it over my head even afterwards?  Has anyone been burned before? My thought is its a two way.street, to get something like a contract notarized it would have both of our sensitive info on so am I safe due to that? Or is.my logic flawed?

Very cool thx for response...lol you never had to take legal action..I guess the question is, would you if a guy didn't pay?

This is where you kinda take your chances. A reputable FinDomme is not going to continue to use your info once your time with her is complete. That is real blackmail and is definitely illegal, and I dont know of any Domme who is going to be stupid enough to risk that kind of exposure. However, there are those out there who really don't care and will bleed you dry once they have your information. This is where you have to really take the time to get to know the one you choose before committing to a contract and the giving out of your real personal information.

Of course, a good FinDomme will make it her business to know more about you than you think she does...just to make things a little more interesting ;)

Keep in mind, notarizing a document ONLY means that the signature attached to a document is the real signature of the person signing the document, it has absolutely nothing to do with what is in the document itself, so if you are hoping that getting a document notarized will protect you from some post-contract problems, chances are it won't.
