I don't think I've ever seen an escort advertise by the "pop". It's almost always by the time spent or paid for. However, that doesn't mean you will get the full time if you pop with time remaining. Some women will end it once you're done. Most will go the full time allotted. I do know I would be quite upset if I scheduled multiple hours with a woman, then was shown the door if I finished in 20 minutes.
