This really has nothing to do with your post, but . . .
if you really are sleepy when driving, pull over and go to sleep for 20 minutes. It's actually the only thing that will keep you mentally alert (not coffee, the radio, cold air or even thinking about sex). You can fall asleep for microseconds while driving and not realize you have done so, especially at night. Accidents caused by a driver falling asleep are rare. However, they are the accidents that (when they do occur) are most likely to result in fatalities. Accident scenes show that (unlike even drunk drivers) sleeping drivers never apply the brakes, and so have the impact at full speed. Unfortunately, I know two people killed due to someone falling asleep at the wheel, and another guy who was permanently disfigured. The only safe thing is to pull over and actually get some sleep.

Please do not masturbate while driving! One hand on the wheel, the other one on the weenie...I don't know about the road conditions where you are, but in some areas with inclement weather, this would be very, very unsafe. As is falling asleep while driving, under any conditions.
I have no idea about this one, but I would imagine that if a police SUV drove by and looked into your vehicle, you would be arrested for more than just reckless driving. Even if you cover yourself, jerking motions and flashing ecstatic eyes can look unusual...not to mention like a seizure or something of grave danger. I concur with Mr. Sane Poster who wants you to pull over and take a nap.
