Click on "site reviews" at the top of the page. A selection for agency reviews will appear along the left hand edge of the page.
It's good to see positive comments on agencies but it's important to remember that they don't get all that many reviews and things can change fast with an agency. The reviews of the ladies that they represent are as important as anything written about the agency itself.
Specific questions about a local agency should be asked on that agency's local board.
Is there a way to see reviews of agencies- Is there a list of ones that are reputable and ones that do bait and switch?
There is one in particular I have a question about, but I am not sure if I should mention the name here?

On the Reviews tab you will find a link labeled "Search Agencies". A number of prominent agencies, and some not so good ones to avoid.
Another good way to research agencies is to search the reviews by phone number. This will bring up all of the profiles of providers previously associated with that number.
Questions about a specific agency should be asked on the regional boards.
