Playing with an independent is much more rewarding especially if you develop some chemistry.  Once there is chemistry, each session becomes a building block for the next.

So I booked my first session with a major dungeon here in ny.  I'm not sure what to expect, but I was aiming for tease and denial, CBT, restraints and perhaps sensory deprivation. Was I too direct:)

Again, new to this . . . the last two seem very common.  Is the first two out of the ordinary?

What I am confused on is that most information says there is no release, but hard to understand how T&D works without that . . .  to a lesser degree the CBT portion . . .

Sorry if this is too  . . . ignorant!!

But usually by yourown hand.  No, nothing you requested is innappropriate or illegal.

I do not recommend booking with the dungeons.  The providers have set guidelines from the owners & are not independent.  I prefer to cut out the middle man, so you know upfront what your getting.  Nine times out of ten you will not be able to release, or pleasure yourself.  No fun!

Pick a well reviewed reputable naughty top rated provider here on TER!

Your requests and curiosity are not ignorant at all, just a natural part of learning. They are reasonable requests and fairly common as BDSM activities go, however, depending on which dungeon you have booked with, it may turn out better/worse. It also depends on the dungeon and lady's rules and limits regarding how much touching may be involved. Tease & denial is play that brings you to the brink of orgasm over and over but without actually taking you over. It's meant to build a more powerful orgasm. The Domme may direct you to finish yourself off when she is finished toying with you. CBT is not meant to bring you to release (for most), just another example of extreme sensation play. Just make sure to do your research on the lady...CBT may be dangerous combined with sensory deprivation, so you want someone who knows what they're doing! Good luck!
