When seeing an agency provider, what is the best way to ask for additional time during an outcall? Should I arrange for the extra half hour with the agency or can I ask the provider at the beginning of the session? If it we up to me, I would like to see the provider get the additional compensation, but I don't want to cross any lines with the agency/provider relationship. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Most providers who work for an agency have a set schedule that is set up for the day/evening by the agency. The agency sets up the location, does the screening, arranges security, etc. for their share of the fee. The provider has very little control over additional time unless the schedule just happens to work out with an open slot following your session. Typically if you ask the provider, they will have to check with the agency. If you think you need more time it is best to set it up that way first on initial contact.
As long as she is with an agency, book all your time through them, or you may both suffer for it.

She will call her agency, make sure she doesn't have another appointment coming, and you two will continue on. Most agencies are going to call the lady if she doesn't call in with in a few minutes of the appointment's scheduled end time.
Are there girls who will just keep the extra cash without saying anything to the agency? Sure there are, but they are taking a risk and so are you. If they get caught, they will get fired and you will be banned from the agency and quite possibly black listed with other agencies in the area.
The smart girls will arrange to see you outside of their agency commitment, not try to extend the agency appointment when there is a risk of getting caught.
