Vegetarian food in Santa Fe?
I'm passing through briefly soon and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good sources of delicious vegetarian food in town? Restaurants, cafes, and delivery are all things I'm open to.

Thai Vegan is a favorite of mine, and Annapurna is pretty good too... You'll find that most any local restaurant in town will have vegetarian dishes better than average and there is ZERO reason to even think of going to a chain restaurant here in town.
