If you find a provider that you like with an agency and want to become a frequent flyer with that paticular provider, is it accecptable to ask the provider for her direct contact information to set up meetings without the agency?

It seems to me that this might be unethical (I love that there are ethics in this profession/hobby).  I'm not sure how the provider/agency relationship works, but I would just like my provider to be compensated as much as possible, and, if the agency is no longer needed to make the arrangements, is the agency still a needed entity?

You need to think of the provider as a contracted employee of the agency.  Don't do anything that might cause the provider to lose out on her employment.  A provider may be willing to risk this, but if the agency finds out, the provider may be losing her income in the long run.  Some providers are ready to go indy but for others that is one helluva risk.

The risk for her is she will definitely  be fired by the agency if they ever find out. The risk for you is, you will be banned from the agency if caught.  If she's the ONLY girl at the agency that you see, then maybe it's worth the risk for you.

is to be the cause of any bad blood between the lady and her agency. Often, a lady will just be with an agency long enough to get herself established, and then go independent. You may want to ask your lady friend if she has any plans to do so. Until then, make all your arrangements through the agency. It will be best for all involved.

There was a time I felt as you do about the provider being compensated, but over time I realized that with most agencies she is actually getting as much as she would being indy when you condiser the expenses, plus whatever her terms are she agreed to those before you came along. The agency will be pissed if they find out...and rightfully so, but who cares as long as you do not mind being banned from that agency. The provider obviously is not concerned about it if she agrees, she can always find another agency if she is not aready working for a couple of different ones now.

I have actually had a couple of agency providers tell me at the end of the session that they want me to contact them "off agency hours".  They both gave me their private cell numbers.  And they both told me that they would cut the rate down since the agency wouldn't be taking their cut.

Basically: I pay less, they make more, we are both happy.

Both times, these were traveling agency women.  I know a good thing when it wacks me upside the head, so I called both of these women within days of seeing them, knowing that they would be traveling on shortly.  Neither one ever returned my calls.  The voice mail was full on one of these ladies phones.

Lesson learned by me:  Some of these women at agency are too flakey to handle the arrangements on their own.  That is why they aren't independent in the first place.

Just my experience in this realm.  Yours may work out better.

I have pondered doing this only because a certain provider that I have had an excellent time with often goes off the agency website for extended periods. I think it is a bad idea though, the provider has to be mindful that the agency might try to "test" her by sending a client in just to see if she is trying to see clients outtside of the agency. I wouldn't want to make the provider suspicious that I might be that "secret shopper". You also risk being blacklisted from the agency. It may be worth the risk if the agency doesn't have many other attractive girls but if they do it might be a bad move.
