Hi everybody!

Weekly TER baseball time, early for two weeks in a row (probably shouldn't get used to that though)! Once again for those joining us for the first time, and one more time for those who have been here for a while, the rules are as simple as could be - pick the winner of ESPN's Sunday night game correctly and you'll earn yourself 2 VIP days. Costs nothing more than a few seconds of your time to enter as well, what could be better?

This week's matchup has my New York Mets hosting the Brookl-... er, LA Dodgers. While in all other aspects when it comes to competitions on these boards I am a neutral fan, when the Mets are involved that goes out the window. While there are no bonuses or prizes for picking the Mets, I will think more highly of you as a person, which some might argue is an even more valuable prize - they'd be wrong, but they still might argue it.

Nonetheless, your tentative pitching matchup has noted homerun hitter King Bartolo Colon taking the mound for the good guys, and the poor sap he will be smashing out of Citi Field for LA will be Clayton Kershaw. All allegiances aside briefly, this should be a fantastic pitcher's duel, and I'm quite looking forward to it. Now that that ugliness is over, I hope it's not a pitcher's duel at all, and that the Mets bat through their order a couple of times in the first few innings and chase Mr Kershaw right on out of there. Because of course I would.

Days have been awarded for last week's game, and as always, good luck everybody!
