Weather could have something to do with it...But they are suppose to be checked more the day before..lol Besides that's no excuse for the Ravens game the week before where an interception took place and the defender said on the sidelines the ball seemed somewhat flat,,Hmmmmm not a hater...BUT not a cheater either. If he is to go down as a Great he needs to play that way. Such as a Montana, Unitas...thx
Facts are difficult to find in this case. Even a seventh grader with the last name Goodell provided it was weather related.

I guess the court is agreeing Goodell can do whatever he want...but read the attached for some surprises.
