Okay, I'll bite, as no one else has, and I'd hate to see a pretty lady get stood up!

 
1.) That the physique matches the pictures.
Honestly, I love all body types. Big, small, short, tall, voluptious, spinner, I won't care. But if I'm in the mood for a spinner, and something plus size shows up, then that's not what I wanted to see on that day. Conversely, if her pictures show a big booty (yummy), and it's not there for the worshipping, then I'm dissappointed.  

2.) Ability to hold a conversation.
Maybe this should have been the first one. I know that it's only going to be a brief encounter, but if I can't relax (with some small talk), then things aren't going to go well. But don't misunderstand, there's a time for talking, and a time for panting, and they should rarely collide.  

3.) Being able to read the person, and know what's trippin their trigger.  
I'm pretty good at reading body language, so I guess I expect my date to be able to as well. If you excell at reading the signals to getting to the promised land, then the jouney there becomes a lot more exciting.
