All NM boards are quiet. By knowing some of the locally used boards and meeting a few folks maybe she can make an informed decision. Unlikely any legit agency would be a secret on all the local spots.

This board has been pretty dead so I hope some of you NM Mongers will read this. Do any of you know of any legit, honest, reliable escort agencies operating in Abq or elsewhere in NM? We all remember when there were some, but LE activity chased them out of town. My assumption was that only the scammers remained. The reason I am asking is that I had a session yesterday with a very dear UTR provider in Abq who said she was contacted by someone from an agency who said she could come to work tomorrow! She did not know the name of this supposed agency. But I advised her to be REAL CAREFUL. Until proven innocent, all agencies, especially in Abq, must be considered suspect. Of course I also advised her of the pros and cons of agency vs indy and also gave her a history lesson about some of the problems we experienced a few years back. She was extremely grateful for the info, so I said I'd ask here and try to find out more. Maybe I'm just too out of touch and don't know about a new legit agency. But then again, maybe it's a scam or a sting which is my immediate assumption.
I don't think that there are any legitimate agencies in ABQ. I have been here for over a year and I haven't hear of one. Tell her to be very very careful if she is considering it. I wouldn't trust it. I would advise for her to stay Indy! There are way more pros than cons in my opinion!

As previously stated, I would advise her to stay away from any agency. Trustworthy agencies are rare in any city.

...which are just as I expected. If there were any legit agencies I'd have heard of them by now. And staying indy has many advantages anyway, especially for a smart woman who knows how to do her own scheduling and knows how to screen properly and trust her gut. I have advised my friend to stay away. And furthermore, I have asked her, if she is contacted again with any offers of agency work to get the person's name, phone number, email address, etc. If that happens I will share that information here so we can all be aware of it.
Any agency who says a lady they just contacted can come to work tomorrow is untrustworthy. It is the equivalent of a provider not doing any screening at all on a new client. Dangerous!
I also do not think there are any trustworthy local agencies in NM.
