A lot of the reviews I am reading mention a woman that the reviewer is already familiar with, but who is only acting as a madam for the provider. How does one get in with an "agency," etc.? It seems to me this would be a way to assure a more fulfilling experience - to have someone you are able to discuss details of what you are looking for with in advance. I realize I have to develop trust for that to happen, but how does one even begin to meet that person??
Similar to that I think. To my understanding from my friend, the 'madam' is not the one you with have entertaining you, but one of her ladies she employs.
She is like the boos, the head honcho, the big Wig.
She probably started out like all of us, and made her fortune then started working with other ladies, and started her own business.
Normally you don't get to meet them. But being a long standing and popular gentlement client of hers, there is always a chance...one day.

Once you have seen one of the ladies, the agency is more free to discuss your desires. Also, if you write reviews on the ladies, they start to get a feel for your tastes (assuming it is a smaller agency and they care what you write). Sometimes the Madam is worth getting to "know" 
What I'm curious about is HOW do you meet them? I've only been to one provider so far, but the reviews I read of the area I'm in usually mention somebody's "girls" and talk about this person being reliable and safe as someone who provides the providers. I'm curious on how to meet that person - does it just happen when show up at the appointment with a provider? The only other person at the one appointment I've been to was an older woman watching TV who gave me dirty looks on the way out...
