There are two ways to look at it. If the police want to go
after you, they won't argue over fine points.  Remember
that cops are not lawyers.  They make things up as they
go along, and do not understand the little details.

However, technically, a woman putting on a show is
protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution,
believe it or not.  This is very well-settled.  If a
woman is putting on a show, such as a dance naked, or
whatever, it is unconstitutional for the government
to restrict this.

I'm considering paying a girl to masturbate in front of me - a mild fetish of mine :)  Is this considered illegal, since money is being exchanged?  It's not like I'm paying for sex, other than she's having it with herself, of course!
