I am happy for him - but even more for Archie

The best time to go is on a high note... To have won SBs on two different teams is special.

But as father, I am happiest for Archie Manning. His sons are each 2 X champions and no father wants to see his child ending  a banged up wreck or worse (thinking quadriplegic from a recurrence of the neck injury)

One of best calling it quits. Finally, it wasn't pretty this past season, and if it wasn't for the Bronco's defense they never would have been Super Bowl champs.

Watching him call a game was a work of art. Glad he called it quits when he did, going out on top and not risking more injuries.

Living in Denver and following the local Broncos news, don't know how the team could have handled the Brock Osweiler, Peyton Manning QB situation any better then they did. Still, you can't please everybody, guess that now that he has a ring, Brock went for the chip on his shoulder and a payday to go to the Texans. No matter that the defense he is leaving behind in Denver with himself at the helm he would have had to himself now that #18 is retired would have looked good to compete for the title for years. Not sure where these sports agents go to school to learn to do their "advising" jobs, but think who ever is doing this role for Mr. Osweiler might have skipped a few more days of class then was good for him.
