Ok 1st thing Chuck is to decide on whom you want to see..........make sure she has many reviews..........then email her tell her you are a newbie and ask her what all she needs and go from there...I was lucky and never gave ALL my personel info....but dont be suprised if you do the 1st time...but by the 3rd time you will not have to..............so be patient and have fun

This is the first time I've looked for a provider, and I find that the classiest ones want references from other providers - WTF???!!?? It's the classic "how do I get the experience without having had the job?" One lady even said she wouldn't accept references from anyone who advertised on Craigslist or Eros. Any thoughts??

Many of the classiest ones will accept other info. in lieu of references if you are just upfront with them and explain your situation. Just be patient and remember, these ladies are just trying to make sure you are legit and are going to be a gentleman. As far as not accepting references from CL or Eros, they are just adsites. CL is a free site so you will hear that from time to time, but Eros? WTF. To each his own but I think that particular lady has a screw loose... just my 2 cents.
I can understand about CL but I don't about Eros. Everybody has different ways of doing things, so I can't speak for them. I try to at least verify either work or references, if not both. I also look at how they communicate, whether they sound sincere and gentlemen, or else.
But my 2 cents says get on a good verification site. Like P411 or RS2K. They take all your info down, and make sure your OK, then that lets US know your OK. Sometimes for newbies we require a bit more. Sometimes it's more than most would like to supply, but that is just to make us feel safe.
It isn't THAT hard, and only hurts for a brief minute, but in the end, you wind up with hours and hours of smiles, and possibly a few ounces lighter too. hehe

Many ladies will accept employment verification in lieu of references. This may seem scary, but most of the ladies know how to handle this without endangering you! Also, think about joining verification services. Don't think "WTF"? The ladies need to protect themselves from LE and creeps who would harm them. Work with the program, and you will be happy in the end...
