my 2 cents, if Broncos had trouble on offense vs Pats they will really struggle vs Carolina, ditto for protecting Manning
Carolina has been able to run on everyone so far - that will be the key here - can Denver control that?
I would take Carolina vs spread - the over/under is tough to call
Resting Stewart for those couple of weeks appear to have recharged his batteries, and the Panthers' run game is hitting its stride right now; their DEF should be all over the immobile Manning; and Newton is demonstrating his MVP form.
This could be another Super Bowl blow out.

Regardless , I don't see how it could be possible for Denver to win against Superman Cam and the Panthers and win in a low scoring game.
Panthers offense is more likely to steam roll Denver than any scenario I would predict.
There could be an easy 35 points from the Panthers
Over 45 seems like the other easy win for me or at the least a break even bet.
I seriously doubt Denver's defense can beat up Superman Cam like they did to Brady.
