Anyhow. My interest is a once in a LONG while thing, and only interested in "hot ones". Meaning someone genuinely attractive.

First, let me say you came to the right place. If you want to do this at all you need to get educated. Read back several pages on each of the boards, especially this one. Read the FAQ & abbreviations.
If you've done that you need to step up & get VIP membership so you can read the complete reviews. You can't just go by the numbers.
OK, to your question: There's no way to guarentee looks 100%. There just isn't. The reviews will give you a good idea if it's really off. This is the site where the guys run the reviews.
There's a lot to individual chemistry in this... and there can not be a guarentee of that either, but at least you'll not get taken.

Respect and manners-This applies to all of us but especially the younger guys (under 35). Many ladies prefer to see men over a certain age.
