That is not true. Unless the cops actually witness you and your AMP girl doing something illegal or they come in your room and spot money in the open they will either let you go with a stern warning to stay away or else they'll scare you a bit and make you think you're being busted hoping to get you to incriminate yourself.
I recently asked a "Papason" at an FS AMP "how can you guys operate without getting in trouble with the LE?".
He basically said what happens between you and the girl is your own business...nothing illegal about consentual sex between adults *if* that is what takes place.
If that is the case, then why do I hear of places being shut down from time to time? Does the LE go there and pose as customers etc?
Any info appreciated, both in general terms, and any advice on what to watch out if you go to a MP for the first time where you're not sure of the place.

when the police go in, they pose as a customer and try to get the girl to discuss prices or they will mention something like I like my member stroked this way and that tells the LE to come in and do a raid. Any legit massage therapist would protest on this lewd behavior and kick the customer out.
